I already submitted the AOS and IV packets. NVC received them July 20 and 22nd respectively. I called and they said it will take them 6 to 8 weeks to review it. Is any body out there waiting for their docs to be reviewed like me?

You can't always go by the time they tell you when you call. After receiving our 130, they told us it would be up to four weeks to generate the AOS bill and 3032, but it only took a couple of days. However, they received the 3032 over a week ago, and still have not acknowledged receipt of it, or put the IV bill online. Seems like it is running kind of hit or miss with them right now, sometimes real fast and then other times real slow. If you are in the slow lane, combined with it seeming like almost everyone is having to take the two month test at St Lukes, and it can really delay things.

(sorry don't pay any attention to the K-1 Visa in my profile, haven't updated it yet. She is already U S citizen and filing for green card for her dad.)

what is that 2 month test in St. Lukes? The sputum test?

Yeah. Use to they would let most people go ahead and come on over here and then get it checked out thoroughly. Now it seems that any spot on the lung and it's the sputum test. And I do understand this, but it is just another delay. To bad St. Luke's doesn't allow everybody to go for the physical when we first start the process.

We have the same timeline kokobearus. NVC received checklist response on July 20th, as per AVR. Aug.12, we received an email saying that they haven't received the IV packet, but we already did send to them. So, I called and discovered that our AOS was already accepted but the DS230 wasn't reviewed yet.

Geez, they're getting slow this month :(

10/14/10 - POE at WAS, USA

N-400 for Me

01/09/13 - Sent to Dallas Lockbox (Lewisville, TX)

01/15/13 - Check Cashed and NOA date

01/28/13 - Biometrics Appointment (DONE)

01/30/13 - Email received "In line for Interview Scheduling"
