Bogota - Scheduling Interview

I will be emailing packet 3 on tuesday, so they should recieve it immediately...

From what I have read here, if the Packet 3 is received by the embassy prior to the 15th of the month, chances are real good for the following month. If received after this date then most likely the interview will be scheduled for two months later. ie if received by the embassy on or before August 15th, the interview will most likely be in September; if received after the 15th, the interview would probably be in October.
