Hi, just wondering if you can bring the package 3 in person..if that would speed things up?

Also...getting mixed info on what forms to expect to fill out for the package 3 from Montreal...there is a link on here but its from 2009 and some say its different from what they received...?

Can I start filling out the forms ahead of time and save them, so when I get package 3 I can send it back the next day?

I have just completed packet 3 and sent off the required forms to Montreal. Here is what they asked for:

Form DS-230 - Part 1 - one copy

Form DS-160 - one copy

Form DS-156K one copy

Form DS-156 - two copies

Confirmation receipt regarding Form DS-160 - one copy

and checklist (they'll enclose one) indicating you have obtained the required documents.

All of the above forms are available online. The letter from Montreal will provide the links to those forms, or you can find all but the DS-160 on Visajourney here:

I didnt rec'v a check list with my pack 3 and now im freaking out because I have no idea what else to send with it. what do i do???
