Hi, I just moved here on a K1 visa and just finished putting all the documents together. here is my checklist:

- Payment in the amount of $1010.00

- I-485

- Birth certificate

- Copy of passport page with non-immigrant Visa

- I-693: Vaccination supplement

- G-325A and passport style photo

- G-325A supplement: Employment

- I-864 – Affidavit of Support

- Affidavit of support: supporting documentation

- I-797 Approval notice

- Marriage License

- I-94

- I-765 Application for Employment authorization and passport style photo

I also put in the biographic page of my passport even though i haven't changed the name yet. I put in one of hte original marriage certificates (we purchased more than one in anticipation for this). We also decided to only include the last years of tax records. He's been in the military for over 10 years and since they know that I'm confident it'll be fine.

Am I missing anything. I think i've covered everything but last time i was missing a huge thing and it delayed everything for months!

I send it to the Chicago Lockbox address, right?

Thanks everyone!
