Hello,

I am a United States citizen and am in the process of filing K-1 Visa for my Fiance who is currently in India. I believe I have all the required documents except photographic proof that the two of us have met in-person over the last two years.

Moreover, I also do not have airplane boarding passes to show that I was in the same city as she was.

Is there any other way I can proove we met?

What I do have is : -

1) Immigration stamps on my passport showing multiple dates of entry and exit to India to meet my fiance.

2) American issued Credit card statements showing I was in India.

2) Phone Bills stating we have consistently talked over the phone.

3) E-mail exchanges implying that we met in person that day (For example: Hey! today was fun), while I was in India.

4) E-mail exchanges for continuing relationship since we got engaged.

The other option I have is to file the petition for Fiance Visa now, go to India in a months time and get some photographs clicked, and send it for further evidence.

However I am not sure if such an action will delay the entire procedure.

It will be nice and much appreciated if I can get some thoughts on this

Regards,

That will be more than enough to file, you only need to prove you were in the same country at the same time. Photographs are considered secondary evidence anyways. You may want to go in the meantime to get some pictures for the interview.
