I think if your reading comprehension is this bad, we're at a dead end. You've addressed none of the extremely salient and clear points here or in the profoundly well-supported decision itself. Instead, your "argument" flails down the same twisted road, getting thinner and less substantial as you go, blindly asserting things that aren't so, nonsensically assailing stances that nobody holds.
