Does anybody have experience with the US Consulate in Mexico City? Do they have any particular requirements with the I-134? Do they accept co-sponsors? How is their processing time? Also, are there any other things to keep in mind with this consulate?

No one can answer your question with any degree of accuracy because you don't say what kind of visa. Since you mention the I-134, maybe you are talking about a K-1 Fiance(e) visa. If that is indeed the case, it will be the consulate in Ciudad Juarez you need to look in to, since they are the only one that issues Fiance(e) visas.

Ok! Then you should look up the timeline and embassy review here on the VJ site for Ciudad Juarez, and go here to get started: http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/fianceforms.html

It took them a month to get the letter to us after they received the package from the NVC.
