Hi Vera, Our petition was 5months + 3 days at CSC, and we called them about the case outside processing time. After that, in about 10 days the petition was "touched", and about a month later we got a hard copy of NOA2. By the way, on the USCIS web site our case is still on "Initian review" (two months since NOA2). God Bless you!

I am sorry you had to go through this. One would think they will improve their system, knowing how many people hold their breaths to check those updates on their cases. Just proves how unreliable it is and us checking every single day doesn't help a bit. :( Thank you and God bless you too! :)
