Removing Conditions List Evidence

Hi, please help? we're filing ROC soon and I'm wondering if our evidence is solid enough. No car - only my husband so we don't have joint car insurance, No Health Insurance and or Life Insurance too. So what we have below is what we can send. Is there anything else that we can provide? I will really appreciate your advice. Thank you!

Filing Documents for Removing Conditions

1.) Check made to Department of Homeland Security

2.) Cover Sheet

3.) Form I-751 - Petition to Remove the Conditions on Residence

4.) Copy of Green card (Front and Back)

Primary Financial Evidence

1. Joint Apartment lease agreement

2. Joint Renters insurance

3. Joint Bank account

4. Joint Credit Cards

5. Copies of our Check book from our joint account

6. Official IRS Tax transcripts - married filing jointly 2009

Secondary Financial Evidence

1. Copies of PG&E Bill

2. Copies of Phone Bill

3. Copies of Cable TV/ Internet Bill

2. Copies of Costco Club cards on a joint membership

3. Copies of Six flags membership cards 2009 and 2010

Various Evidence

1. Three sworn affidavits and notarized by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

2. Photos together with our family and friends.

3. Cards, invitations and letters from our friends and family.

Your evidence looks very good.

A few comments:

1. You should have 2 years worth of tax returns. You only mention 2009.

2. I wouldn't worry about the car related docs. Just in your cover letter, disclose this information so they don't wonder why you didn't include it.

3. You can also include the DL or State IDs that should show same residence.
