"Help!!!!" shows that you are panicking. Just chill. I would send it by next week. Just make sure it doesn't reach them earlier than 3 months.

There are tons of posts on the forum telling you about their evidences. Mainly it should include joint place of residence ( mortgage papers, home ownership ), inter mingled finances ( Tax Transcripts , Joint Bank Accounts, Credit Cards ), proof of shared lifestyle, kids if any, some pics, health / auto insurance policies etc.

Affidavits are good, but personally I think that the ISO will believe these financial documents are the proof rather than your friends or family.

07/24/2010 - I-751 papers sent to CSC - Day 1

07/29/2010 - USPS confirms delivery - Day 6

08/03/2010 - Check Cashed but no NOA - Day 11

08/05/2010 - NOA ( Receipt Date 08/02/2010) - Day 13

08/23/2010 - BIO - Day 31

09/07/2010 - Card Production Ordered Email - Day 45

SO here is the issue. my husband covers all the Bills, and he never added me on any of his bills, also i had an issue earlier in the Year about the Taxes, cus he didnt want to file, so i went and file on my own. the only thing we have together is Health Insurance, and a life insurance policy. other than that we do everything separete, no Kids. i do have pictures, and proof of the same address. thats it? so that is why i am also scared. thanks.

You should start collecting evidence other than what you already have.

- Proof that you live at same address and the payments / utilities are paid by both of you.

- Even if you filed on your own, you probably have it filed as "Married filing seperate "

- Get a letter from landlord about same residence

- Get restaurant reciepts

- Travel tickets copies etc

- Pics with family and friends

- Joint Banking ? or atleast having each other as operator of accounts ?

Basically think of it in this way. If you were the ISO and all you had was a couple minutes to look at a file and judge if the marriage is bonafide what would you expect to see to. Everyone has different proofs , come up with all you can. Especially all the info for last couple years.
