So, you need another 3 to 4 weeks to complete the case with the NVC, if there are NO RFEs.

Then NVC will contact your Consulate to schedule the appointment and your file will be transferred to the Consulate.

Getting interview date, depends on how busy is the Consulate. Check with other peoples' timeline from your consulate who completed the interview recently.

Most consulates will assign interview in 1 to 2 months time, but some has taken 4 to 9 months as well.

If you packets to NVC (both Affidavit of Support and Immigrant Visa) are clear and RFE free, before the end of Dec, you will be done with NVC.

As I said, getting interview date depends on the Consulate. But you have chance of your wish interview date, if your consulate is not really busy.
