one of my friend petition for her husband .. and she recive check list refrence later about DS230 missing some information that NVC need and she send it back proper document to NVC.

we called to NVC it's say 6- 8 Week to review document. now all most 6 week past still same massage come up when we call,

does any one has like same problem or how long it take to finish the case

4/01/10- File 130

4/14/10 - Recived NO1

09/30/10 -reccived NO2

10/07/10 –NVC received the file

10/13/10 - NVC case # generated

10/14/10 - Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC

10/24/10 - recived AOS and DS-3032 from NVC By email format

10/24/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/26/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/28/10 - IV fee bill generated

11/02/10 - IV Fee PAYED AND RECIVED BARCODE Coversheet

11/02/10 - Sent DS-230 NVC.

11/03/10 - NVC Recived

11/16/10 - Recived RFE from NVC Missing Documnet for I-864

11/22/10 - sent Missing Documnet ot NVC and NVC recived 11/23/2010

12/06/10 - Today they have it in system and they review it and will take time ???//

12/14/10 - Sign in fail

Consulate

01/03/11: Interview scheduled by NVC

01/25/11: VFS office visit

01/18/11: Medical

02/04/11: got visa ......

??/??/??: POE

??/??/??: Welcome Letter & Green Card

What was the missing document and did she get delivery confirmation/signature from the destination?

03/30/2012 - Received NOA2

04/19/2012 - NVC received

05/01/2012 - Case# generated

05/02/2012 - DS-3032 COA emailed

05/02/2012 - I-864 AOS Fee $88 paid

05/05/2012 - I-864 AOS package mailed to NVC

05/07/2012 - I-864 AOS package received by NVC

05/07/2012 - DS-3032 COA accepted

05/08/2012 - DS-230 IV Fee $230*2 paid

05/09/2012 - DS-230 IV package mailed to NVC

05/11/2012 - DS-230 IV package received by NVC

05/17/2012 - Case Completed

Consulate

07/02/2012 - VFS visit in Cochin

07/04/2012 - Medical in Chennai

07/12/2012 - Interview in Mumbai - Success!

09/08/2012 - POE at JFK, NY

she missing line no. 30 from form DS230 and she filled out and send back to NVC . and they recive document conifrmation on jun 22nd and still they review document.

i called last night, they have increased the review time from 4-6 weeks. Therefore kindly allow them time to review. If it is approaching 6-8 week deadline, it should be worked soon (as per the NVC rep). If for some reason it doesn't work, you can call and expedite.
