Timeline

Could someone please help? Our papers went from USCIS and we recieved NOA2 and we tracked it to NVC, once at NVC i called and they told me 2-jun-10 process was sent to Us Embassy in manila and i have case number they even emailed me, i have called and called embassy in manila with no luck at all to get through and my finacee has called and called in the philippines and she can not ever get through either. she even went down to the embassy and they told her they dont talk walk inns without appointments, How do we find out what is going on? also the email from the NVC has this date of 28-July-10 as priority date, what is it? any help would be appreciated. Like how long is wait and how to find out if embassy recieved it? Thanks

Call the DOS instead. It's a US number, doesn't cost a fortune like most consulates, and much easier to get through.

202-663-1225 (Press 1 for Main Menu, then 0 for Operator)

They generally have the same information in their systems that Manila will have, and can tell you if Manila received it, and if they've sent out packet 3 yet, etc.

12/29/10: Contacted Senator re: EAD Expedite Request

12/30/10: AOS Touch

12/30/10: EAD & AP Approved (Card Production Ordered)

01/05/11: AOS Touch (Rec'd @ CSC)

01/06/11: AOS Touch/EAD Mailed

01/08/11: EAD & AP Rec'd

01/10/11: AOS Touch

01/14/11: EAD Touch

01/26/11: AOS APPROVED!!

02/02/11: Green Card Received
