Hi,

I am the petitioner in the US sponsoring my wife. On the I-864, section 21 sponsors household size, please tell me if i have to enter "1" for 21©. Please look below.

21. Your Household Size - DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE

Part 5. Sponsor's household size.

Persons you are sponsoring in this affidavit:

a. Enter the number you entered on line 10. 01

Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit:

b. Yourself. 01

c. If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse.

In this section it says in bold Persons not sponsored in this affidavit. So, for © i don't have to say "1" even though i am married because i am sponsoring my wife and i already counted her once in section(a). Please let me know.

thanks
