I was conditionally approved on the 12th pending one document yet to come in. I am sure that they should have received the document by now, but I still have yet to see a return shipment according to my tracking number. Is there another way, other than e-mail, to contact them to see if my file has been completed? Worst of all i have big vacation plans first week of August.

Thanks for any advice / help!

Congrats!! I believe they have a phone number but doubt you'd have any chance of getting through. Email is probably the better way to contact the consulate. It can take up to 2 weeks so I think your best bet is to watch the tracking number on your package.

See here for more info on contacting the consulate:

Montreal is known to take it's time with sending out visa/passports when people send in additional documentation. I suggest emailing like the previous poster suggested and see what kind of response you get.

12/31/2009 - Marriage

07/21/2010 - AOS approved

08/04/2010 - Green Card received (and it's actually green!)

05/30/2012 - Sent ROC packet to VSC

06/08/2012 - Received NOA1 for ROC (Dated 06/04/2012)

Unfortunately Montreal does not have a quick turn around when additional documentation is required. This thread discusses simialr situations.
