Embassy Phone numbers?

Hi everyone...i dont have a bt landline...and i cant call the embassy visa information number..is there another number that i can call as i was told that in order to do the DCF i need to speak to the embassy first??

First off there is no requirement to call the US embassy before visiting it to submit your I-130. You can always call from a pay phone or cell phone if need be. Your local USA Embassy has a website you can should check out for local phone numbers and immigration info as well as the USA gov immigration website. Only a US citizen who lives in that country can do a DCF I-130.
