Hey all,

We just recently turned in our packet 3 to C. Juarez and I am wondering if those that have already gone for the interview can tell me whether we need to get a "constancia de antecedentes no penales" or not?

I am confused because on the packet 3 information, Mexico is on the list of countries that don't need to get the letter, but I want to make sure...

Thanks to any that can respond to my question...

Hi Mary - Good luck on your interview next week!! IT would be wonderful if you could post your interview experience afterward and whether you needed to show the antecedentes or not - Thanks, Laurel

Try posting on DCF Mexico - that has the most info specific about people doing the DCF filing in Mexico.

I also read you don't need it, but I called about some other stuff and was told that since you CAN get them in Mexico, you need to. Just one of several things that are conflicting on the information they provide. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it, so my husband got his just in case - his appt. is Aug 4th.
