hey everybody ,i heard that k-3 visa holder will have a green card with out AOS interview with ,just the k-visa holder without the petitionner,was wondering if this is true or not?thanks guys,

If you mean that you might not have to attend an interview, that's correct. Some people don't. But most do.

I believe the statement was that if you are a K-3 holder, then you can have an AOS interview without the US citizen being there.

My wife is here on a K-3 and the interview notice we got from Orlando said both of us have to be there.

But if you are, wouldn't you WANT to support your spouse's adjustment of status? It's not like you have to travel overseas to do it....

I'd like to know if there are any offices which DON'T require both husband and wife to be there... I would think that appearance by both is necessary to prove a bona fide marriage... I personally would not take any chances.

I don't remember anyone who wasn't here on a K-1 (as opposed to K-3) getting AOS without interview though. Those CSC transferees are a select group AFAIK.
