Choice of Address and Agent:

I file for my sister and her family in early 2001. And now I received letter from NVC to pay the Affidavit of Support fee $70.00. Also received the form DS-3032 - Choice of Address and agent. Same form my sister received in India. My question is who have to filled out this form? Or we both have to filled out the form?

Can I just mail or Email the form behalf of her?

I already paid the $70.00 online.

Other question is: I filed for my sister, her husband, her daughter and son. But now they are showing only three name. Her daughter is now 26 years old and she is doing medical school in India. So, she is dependent on her parents. My sister's file notice date is March, 2009. Can her daughter can also come with her parents? What I have to do for her to come here?

Thanks.

Technically, the intending immigrant fills out, and signs, the DS-3032, never the petitioner.

HOWEVER, can also use VJ Template for email - uses acsii / text data collection for the DS-3032 - do NOT email the DS-3032 form, at all - see

If the daughter qualified when you first filed, then she qualifies now - there is some 'thing' that was passed in 2007, handles all age-out issues. You need to get busy with 'CSPA' - read everything at http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/110854-child-aging-out-cspa-may-help/

from page 1 to the end, map out your 'plan of attack'

if you'd like some 'speed' using the online payment portal - here's a mini-how-to-

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/221785-ds-3032-slowdown/page__view__findpost__p__3560467 but I do suggest you 'stall' until you get the daughter's casefile back on track, out of USCIS/CSC/VSC/MSC, over to the NVC. You have up to 1 year to handle all at NVC, btw - so stalling on these 3 is OK whilst beating on USCIS to get the daughter's stuff into NVC. You must beat, though, I hope you have good sized baseball bat?!?!?

Things have changed up, much, since you first filed in 2001 - IMO, time to review all, again, for NVC processes - see
