I know that I need to provide a letter from my employer for my fiances interview. I work for a very small company. I've been there for 32 years and there is only 3 of us....lol

I spoke to my employer and he is more than happy to write the letter;the problem is that there isnt any "company letterhead".Can he just write the letter with to company mane and address etc, at the top and then sign it ? Anyone else have this problem ?

Won't be an issue. I had a similar situation and simply centered the name/address etc. of the company to the top of the letter. Looked a little more "official" that way. Just have your boss add his/her title in the signature area with original signature. Let your boss know you will need a similar letter again when you AOS. Just change the USCIS address (Chicago in my case) and the date.

Best wishes.

That would be just fine. I had been in the same company for 7 years. Since they know me, i wrote my own employer letter in a white plain paper and i hade my pharmacy manager and store manager signed it. I included the company information below my store and pharmacy managers signature. and phone number to reach them just in case there is a question for them or something.
