Green card production and SSC

Good morning everyone i have been looking through the forums and i appologize but i cannot find the links on information about Green Card Production and Social Security Cards. My husband came on July 6th and at his POE he received a paper stating that his GC and his SSC will be issued within 2-3 weeks (ssc will be issued if we requested it on DS-230 and from what it looks like we selected yes for a card to automatically be mailed to us) how can i look up to see the status of his green card in production yet or not and also how do i confirm if a ssc is being mailed? I have the exact same question! I arrived with my American husband June 23,2010 so have been here for three weeks now. I was told at our interview that I should receive my SSN and GC with in three weeks. I have seen some jobs that I would like to apply for, but am not sure if I should wait until I have the documents in my hand, or tell potential employers that I am waiting for my papers. Also, is there anyway in which I can track it? any feedback on this would be appreciated. thank you.
