specially with homemade strawberry jam...mmmmm

Homegrown strawberries? I love homemade jam but you can't make it with supermarket price fruits and I haven't found a pick your own (well not within cycling distance - I only have a car weekends at the moment).

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

a few weeks ago I bought some strawberries from Fresh and Easy, they were around 4 bucks for 4 lbs of strawberries  they were really yummy strawberries too..

I made freezer jam.. I found this pectin that uses way less sugar and you don't have to cook it either...

mmmmm the jam is soo good..

Does sound good - yeah, I saw that (F&E strawberries on sale) but it still seems a bit expensive for jam- perhaps I am out of touch with strawberry prices? :)

yeah maybe a little..lol

I looked at the F&E strawberries the other day and they were just over 7 bucks for 4 lbs of strawberries..

when I bought them a few weeks ago we ate a bunch of them and I still had enough for one batch of jam..

My impromptu date went very nicely. :D After spending some time deep in philosophical discussion, including two sweaty and heated tussles over the nature of property, he took me on a tour of neighbourhoods I'm interested in moving to. He made a point of showing me ones very near to his office, pointing out wherever there was a "To Rent" sign.blush.gif Then a lovely Ethiopian meal -- the restaurant owner's daughter was celebrating her 25th birthday and we ended up getting a piece of red velvet cake and glasses of champagne as well, which was a lovely surprise.

Then a nice little nap and more sweaty and heated tussling. Over intellectual property issues, of course. star_smile.gif

Is "intellectual property" code for something?

No, it really was a discussion about intellectual property. I concluded with a brief discussion of the differences between freehold, leasehold and commonhold ownership in England and Wales, with a brief mention of incorporeal hereditaments.
