filing EAD after the 90 day entry

am i still able to file for 1-765 when the 90 day limit is over?

Aug 16 06 - Mailed AOS by Fedex 2Day

Aug 25 06 - NOA for AOS & EAD

Aug 30 06 - Received mail for Biometrics Appointment

Sept 6 06 - AOS Transferred to CSC

Sept 9 06 - Biometrics Appointment

Nov 03 06 - EAD APPROVED!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOT!

Nov 20 06- AOS APPROVED!!!! OMG THANK YOU! THANK YOU THANK YOU! ..now just waitin for d card to arrive ^_^

update* card arrived after a few days :)

Did you marry within the 90 days, and to the USC that petitioned for you?

If not, no.

If so, yes...but you cannot apply just for the EAD, or apply for an EAD before AOS (well, you can, but it will be denied). The I-765 EAD can now only be filed concurrently or after the I-485 AOS is submitted.
