Hello and thanks in advance for any response.

I have seen a lot of ads online for different agencies (most with a lawyer) that process the K-1 or K3 visas. Most offer different levels of service and help. The premium package usually includes assistance with everything up to and including obtaining the green card. Does anyone have any direct experience with these agencies. Is there any web site that might review these agencies?

Hi Newbie! :) I was looking into the same thing and then I just did it myself. There are a lot of resources on this website that give you insight to what others have done successfully. Unless you have some unique situation like a criminal record to deal with, I think if you just read the requirements here on this site, follow the instructions on the Immigration forms and provide the requested documentation you will be fine! Good luck and welcome to the site!

Besides following the guidelines as recommended above, The other side [$$] you want to consider between the K-1 [fiancé(e)] visa and the K-3 [spouse] is the cost. The fiancé(e) visa process is not the less expensive process...
