Sending DS-230 for Parents

Hello Everyone,

My husband has paid both the AOS and IV fees, sent in the Affidavit of Support and now we are submitting the packets for both of his parents. Do we have everything that needs to be submitted, or is there something missing:

1. Completed, Signed & Dated DS-230

2. 2x2 pictures

3. Original & Certified Police Certificate for each parent

4. Original & Certified Marriage Certificate (a copy was added to his mother's with a note stating that the original is in his father's case, as both cases are linked)

5. Original & Certified Birth Certificate for each parent

6. Copy of Parent's Biographic page of Passports

Do we also need to submit my husband's original Birth Certficate in the packet? Do we only send originals, or do we need to send copies along with the originals. Any knowledge/help would be greatly appreciated.

yes he needs to send his Birth certificate and your marriage certificate(petitioner).all should be originals or certified copy

When we submit a copy of the my husband's birth certificate, our marriage certificate and his parent's marriage certificate in one of the files(since both cases are linked), how do we write and where to we write that the original is held in case#/.....
