Quick question: In your experience once you sent the last documents to the NVC and there was nothing else required from the NVC, how long did it take for the package to get to the USEM?

More or less 2 weeks. Mine took 10 days before USEM got my papers from NVC.

Ours took 4 days.

Wow...from the time we sent the last documents!

We sent the last documents on 04/20. NVC signed for them on 04/21 but did not acknowledge receipt until 04/27.

We received the "sign in failed" on 05/05 and an email on 05/12 telling us our interview date.

DHL showed USEM signed for our papers on 05/20.

Hope that gives you some useful information but remember....each case is different!

It took ours about 16 days from sending in the last document until the embassy in manila received it. It only took about 3 days from the time it left the NVC until the embassy in manila received it. (according to the tracking) Check my timeline. I sent both AOS and DS-230 on 03/02/10 and the embassy received everything 03/19/10. I was able to request expedite at the NVC, but I dont think it helped that much.
