Is my I-130 upgraded from LPR to a USC petition

Hi everyone...this is a great forum. Lots of useful and helpful information for people like me going through the immigration/petition process.

Well, I am wondering if you guys can give me your input or experience regarding my situation. On the 17th of this month, I finally became a US Citizen (woohoo!!). But prior to becoming a citizen, I had submitted the I-130 for my wife and two kids. On the 21st, I called USCIS's customer service to let them know I am now a USC and that I want to upgrade my LPR petition to a US Citizen petition. The CSR rep I was speaking with asked for my receipt number, took some information from over the phone, and told me she was gonna submit my request for review. She then told me that I will be receiving a letter within 25-30 days. I asked her where I needed to send a copy of my Naturalization Certificate to. She said the letter im gonna receive would indicate to me where to send it.

Well, the other day, I received a letter for my oldest son regarding my upgrade request. The letter indicated that they received my request for review and upgrade and that my petition for that particular receipt number was upgraded to a Citizen Petition. Only one letter came so I called USCIS yesterday afternoon to ask why. CSR rep verified that 3 letters regarding the review and upgrade request was sent out on the 24th of this month. So that means I just haven't received the other two letters yet. But the first letter I received did not indicate for me to submit a copy of my Naturalization Certificate. Nowhere in the letter did it instruct me what to submit and where to submit....just said that my "petition has been updated as a Citizen petition.." and "it is now in a new visa category and is in active processing".

So...my question is, based on the wording on the letter and it not instructing me to submit anything, does that mean that my LPR I-130 petition is now a USC petition? I know the letter is in simple words...am I am looking into it too deeply, but I just want to make sure I don't have to send copy of my naturalization certificate since the letter did not instruct me to...and advised that my petition (at least for one of my sons) has been updated.

Any input from you guys is greatly appreciated!

As of today, the other 2 letters for my wife and youngest son came saying the same thing. That they have reviewed my request and updated my petition to a USC petition. Also did not indicate if I need to submit any documentation of my naturalization.
