Thinking about going back and trying for this. It says I need a police clearance certificate , but I don't believe our local law enforcement gives out anything like that. I can probably get something from the local police , stamped and cleared saying I have no warrants. ?

I have seen others that go and sign a paper that says that will provide the documents later on, if asked for them.

Can anyone that has went to the Philippines and applied, explain the costs, time involved etc? And did you just sign a thing saying you would provide those documents later if asked?

02-07-2012 Case denied after almost 3 years =(
03-07-2012 Appeal Filed!
01-20-2013 Contacted Ombudsman again...
