Hi everyone! I need help. My I-751 application was returned, the remark says " Your I-751 petition is being returned as the dependent child became a conditional resident: Before the alien parent became a conditional resident, therefore the Dependent child must submit a separate petition with fees."

My son's green card expires on Sept.9, 2010 and mine is Sept 19, 2010. I included him in part 5.

Does it mean that I am going to use separate I-751 for my son with separate fee of $545? I need suggestions please. thanks

it will help if your son's submission includes some evidence that he resides with you; income tax return or any other document(s) bearing his legal address and hopefully, photo ID.

Yes, it would be a good idea to include your son when you "List All Your Children" in Part 5.
