Hubby's I765 expires in less than 30 days. We submitted the appropriate paperwork before the 90 days (as dictated by the USCIS) and we received the I797 indicating that they received our info, but have heard nothing since. When I call the automated voice system number on the I797, they say we are in the initiated status. When I check online, it also says it's in the initiated status. Does anyone have a number that we can call to get a live person? He's going to lose his job if we don't get the new work permission card.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
