NOA2 is missing

After the CBP sent the I-94 to me I thought I can apply for the AOS already but then I found out that my husband lost the NOA2 for my I-130. I was wondering if we can just send the email noticed that the USCIS sent me or do I have to call USCIS and ask for a another copy

Hi Nakashima,

Nice to see u again, been long time since ive last seen you here. hope everything's well with your reunion.

anyway, about ur inquiries .... you don't need to call USCIS, you need to request for a new copy since this is an original notice. It's $200 fee, as ive known so far 1 from manila did dat also and waiting for their copy to arrive before they file their AOS. bcos this is one of the requirements for AOS application. and it was needed on interview for original's will be asked.

If I were you I would schedule an infopass Appt. to see if there is another option,

Write down your receipt number, copy the e-mail,

hopefully you wont have to pay $200.00 to to get them to reissue a form already processed.

I am upset that I learned we may get GC approval before EAD we paid 175.+ for EAD I-765 and wont even need it as our interview is on the 96 th day after filing. EAD probably wont arrive until 90 days

EAD Takes aprox 90 days

I will be upset if we get GC before EAD, wasting Money donating it to US Govt.

BTW (cool web blog)I Know Golds Gym in Robinson Galleria isn't that Manila area? The Malls there are HUGE
