Hi All,

I am not sure if it is the right place to post. Please help me move it to the appropriate section if necessary.

My fiancée got her visa from U.S. embassy in Islamabad a few days ago. However, she decided not to come due to her personal reasons. She sent me the sealed envelope with a copy of the visa. Please kindly let me know if I have to inform both the U.S. embassy and USCIS about this? Whom should I mail the sealed enevlope too? Appreciate all the help.
