does foreign wife need to do the Form I-864 even if she is unemployed? I am already filing one and i do meet the minimum requirements

form I-864 affidavit of support should be file up by the petitioner. you should meet the poverty guideline.. here is the website http://www.workworld.org/wwwebhelp/poverty_guidelines_federal.

are you in Cr1 or K3? if you are then the I864 should b send to NVC not to USCIS.
