05-05-10 Hard copy letter from VSC about closure the previous petition (dated 04-05-10)

05-18-10 NOA2 hard copy received (by snail-mail)!

06-01-10 NVC case accepted

06-07-10 I-864 bill paid

06-14-10 IV bill paid

07-12-10 I-864 & DS-230 sent to NVC

07-21-10 I-864 & DS-230 received according to AVR

07-23-10 Medical (completed)

08-18-10 SIF, CC @ NVC - Thank You, LORD!

10-14-10 Planned Interview date

10-12-10 Interview cancelled

10-15-10 MRI; Brain tumour

10-19-10 Surgery. Alive

The affidavit looks o.k. but rather than having a boilerplate template where you just fill in the blank each affidavit should be different and unique.

rather then saying:

1. I John Smith went to my daughter’s wedding on 6/21/2010

2. I ate cake

3. I danced

4. I went home

It should be a bit more personal like “I, john Smith, was introduced my son-in-law via internet by my daughter on…We went on vacation to meet him in person…With our blessing they married on…We like our son-in-law…blah blah, ect… ect…”

Make it a letter the tells the story from the witness point-of-view than a bullet point bland statements.

4/19/2010 - NVC email confirming "Choice of Agent" email (~5 days)

4/20/2010 - NVC email with AOS and IV bill

4/23/2010 - AOS fee paid & package send

4/26/2010 - IV fee paid

5/21/2010 - IV pack mailed to NVC

5/28/2010 - NVC received IV packet

6/10/2010 - SIF & RFE (for PCC different for Sir Lanka)

6/11/2010 - CC (with RFE)

If were a CO and If I show the above statement, that would make me even more suspect, that this marriage may not be legitimate.
