Hey guys

I sent a posting a few days ago about this: I mailed AOS/EAD/AP with only two photos inside the package.... :crying::crying: Some kind people wrote that I should just wait for a probable RFE and then send the photos. However, the next day, I sent additionnal photos with an explanation letter.

No reaction for USCIS so far. I simply hope that they will add the extra photos and the case would sail smoothly (am I naive? :innocent: ). What do you think is gonna happen to the enveloppe with the additionnal photos?

Isn't this a very interesting food for thought for VJers? I know you've got plenty of time...:whistle:

Let's me know what you think.... It's OK if you wanna drive me more paranoid.....

Hate to tell you but that follow up envelope will probably never connect with your case. I haven't seen one case where a follow up has been successful.

Never hurts to try, though.

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

You've done everything you can do for now. Just relax and if the RFE comes, send in the photos again. Feelings of paranoia, although understandable, don't help. We all feel a bit paranoid about various parts of this process!

I personally don't think you will get a RFE.

In the past the photos were important because they would be used in making the cards. Now you go to your biometrics and they will take your photo and use that for the cards.

All we sent in I think was two photos. Still got approved. Don't know what the meaning of these things really is anymore since it's all done digitally with the biometrics thing.

I wouldn't sweat it.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."
