Can anyone please tell me what i need to do? In 2007, after being denied waivers I-212 and I-601, my husband (Pakistani) and I (USA) filed an appeal, we were told it would take 2 years, which would of been September 2009, during September i wrote a letter to AAO to get the status of our case, we got a letter asking us to be patient, the case was still pending adjudication, it is now almost another year, where to i write to or complain??

Appeals always take this long. Usually a refile is a much better idea and takes A LOT less time. Since two years is the norm, there's not really anybody to complain to yet. . .and yes, I know they told you a year. . .they "miscalculated." It is a horrible system.
