Do you have 90 days to marry after your fiance comes into the US, or is it 90 days to marry from the issue date of the visa? I always thought it was 90 days from the day he comes into the US and now someone said to me it's 90 days from the visa issue date??? Thanks for your help in advance!

He has 6 months to enter on the K1 visa and 90 days from date of entry to marry...

It's 90 days from the date she enters the US, but there is also a limit on the amount of time she is given to enter, 4 months I think, with one extension possible. Rearding the exact amount of time she has to use the visa, I'm sure someone else will correct me if I'm wrong.
