Does anyone have a new link for the appointment package for K1 which shows the new visa fee? I couldn't find it from USC website. I just checked with the State Dept. and they indicated that our interview appointment is on July 12, but my fiance has not received any letter yet. I would like to start getting the documents for her now. Thanks.

Hi Jake - I just went to the HCMC US Consulate website and downloaded the instruction packet but its still the old one from '09. It has not been updated with the revised fees yet.

So I went to the DoS website and got this Fees for Visa Services

If you open the link and scroll down it shows the K visa at $350.00 USD

Sorry, that is the best I could find right now!

HCMC updates their own website and they take a long time to do updates...

Use the list in Pkt 3 to create an outline so you can check off what you have and make notes for what you need to get... work together with her on everything so she is well versed in what is being assembled so when they ask for it.. BAM.. there it is... and when asked questions about things on the documents she knows the exact response... others have had huge delays because of little things that did not match when asked about them..Dates are are very important.... We kept everything in a tabed folder that matched the outline.. the same folder will come in handy when we adjust status...
