I haven't heard much more about those who have gotten a second RFE even after sending back the IMBRA RFE and if it is in regards to IMBRA again, or just a regular RFE for missing information?

What has been the word on that?

It seems that the IMBRA RFE is to put your petition in compliance with the new IMBRA laws. AFTER that, the USCIS will begin adjudicting your petition. A second RFE could be a second IMBRA RFE in error which has happened to some people, an error on the one you sent back or any other missing evidence in your petition.

I've already been NOA2, so nothing should be missing. Those who have gotten a second RFE in error, or if I did, do I still need to fill it out and send it back too?

ok sorry, i missed the NOA2. I would say yes , if you got one in error just complete it send it back, the last thing you want is for them to be waiting on it doing nothing thinking they need it. It would probably take less time to return it than try to sort out any error by phone. Reading from other posters who had a double Imbra RFE, thats just what they did, sigh and send it back!
