Hello,

Just a very quick question - do we need to include things like a letter of how we met and proof of relationship (post-marked letters, photos etc) when we send the I-130 off? Or is that just for the I-129F?

Thanks!

No, you don't need to send them with I-130 nor with 129F, if it is for spouse. ONny those who are applying for K-1 (fiance) need to send those with I-129F.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Thank you! So my husband just brings them along to his eventual K3 interview at the embassy?

Exactly, during the interview the beneficiary should bring as much evidences as he/she can to convince the consular officer that the relationship is genuine.
