Tricia, CDJ doesn't communicate about waiver processing until the waiver has been approved and a second pick up appointment has been scheduled. Generally on immigrate2us.net right now waivers are averaging about 6 months but there have been shorter wait times. Jacob328 filed in January.

There is an email for CDJ to try to request waiver status as well as a DOS number in Washington where you can try to get information. Check immigrate2us.net for that information.

Did you include a hardship letter detailing extreme hardship to the USC if the visa is denied?
