Hey guys,

Fortunately AOS, EAD and everything got through, but something is wrong with my AP. But we cannot figure out what. THey only returned the last sheet, page 10, and they said we have to fill out the address part of the office overseas. BUT: I do not live overseas and I dont need it to be sent to the embassy in germany?! SO what is their problem?????

The last page was returned only so we assume that it is the part that is allegedly missing. But the last page address fields are for overseas people only. Do we have to fill in N/A or what?

They said:

The following field(s) were not completed:

"City"

"Family (Last Name)"

"Part 2 application type" please check 1 box

"state"

"street address"

"zip code"

On 7 we put more than one trip, but left the other fields free since it clearly states it is for people OUTSIDE the US, which I am not.

Help! Please! Thanks!

We filled out the part 2, but family name is on the first page. We filled it out! What is wrong? We dont get it!

Okay we found the mistake! Now: can Paul just reprint the first pages and resend the old last page where I signed it two weeks ago or do we have to sign it with a new date??????

Okay here we go again: my hubbie is totally freaking and swearing about Chicago and makes me all fuzzy as well....

Sorry for being messed up. We found out the mistake, Paul accidentely filled out a part we didnt have to.

But now: do we have to send the evidence again - they kept it. They only sent back the last page with my signature. So I think we dont have to resend the evidence and pictures since they KEPT it. But hubbie insists we have to take pix again and write the whole damned why do I need AP letter again.

And: they sent back the sheet with my signature. So we can resend that sheet and just need to print out the first two pages, or does it have to be a new signed paper with a new date? I wont be in Charlotte until Saturday and it would delay everything by 4 days.... Do you know any answer?

Please, he's freaking out so bad and I am starting to be affected as well. Seems kinda desperate.

Thanks a lot,

Anna

Accidentely Paul filled out part 2 on the first page, but you only need to if you check "f" but we checked "d" because that is the correct answer. Phew! I just signed and didnt have so much time - unfortunately Paul filled it out incorrectly, but it's ok, it's the AP only. Everything else is fine and being processed.

Good to see you posting again Scott! Congratulations on the marriage! :D

Thanks Karen! I know I've been away for a while - but I HAVE been reading, just not as much as I had been before. You wouldn't believe how busy I've been. Plus, it's gorgeous weather out, and Holly and I have our wonderful Goldwing sitting in the garage just itching to be ridden, so let's see...sit and read on the Internet, or go out riding with Holly on a sunny day? Not a hard choice. :)
