I am 21 years old. Last summer i was in USA by tourist visa. I visited my father. He is American citizen. My visa expired in February, 2010.

In September, 2009 (when i was 20 ) my father made a Petition for Alien Relative and now we are in the process for family reunion. The petition was approved. Now I'm collecting all the necessary documents, soon i will send them to Visa Center and will be waiting for the interview.

I have a few questions - Can my father send me an invitation so that i could visit him this summer, before the interview?

and the most important question - If i get a refusal to my tourist visa, will it cause harm to my green-card process (i mean the Petition for Alien Relative ?) I was told there will be 2 visas conflict....??? (very important question)

thank you all for your opinions!!!!!!!
