I was just thinking if its possible to get my Mom a Tourist/Visitors Visa?Me and my husband is planning to have a baby in the next 3 yrs..Hehehe...So I thought maybe I can get my Mom a tourist visa when I have the baby..I already got 2 girls and maybe adding 1 more wont hurt(hoping its a boy..Hehehe.That also my reason why I need my Mom to get here just for the meantime that I'm trying to cope up after having a baby...I dont even know how long it takes to get that kind of Visa. She didnt want to live here actually,so that's why tourist visa might be what she needs and plus she can spend some time with her grand babies and Me :)

It's possible...sometimes really hard to get, but there are some that do get approved. All you can really do is have her apply for it and see what happens.

Tourist visas are typically very hard to get from the Phils. You have to convince the NVC/Embassy that there's no chance that she'll stay. They want to see a lot of assets there in the Phils - own a business, own a home(s), bank account. I don't know if you being pregnant or wanting/needing help would do any good or not. Ususlly, it's about impossible to get someone here who's not pretty wealthy :(
