why thank you guys you have helped me out a bit...i have one more question the website they told us follow instructions on from the embassy in frankfurt say that DS-157 (for all male applicants between the ages of 16-45) now my fiance is a female so does she have to do this she is also german

A consulate may ask anyone to complete the DS-157, but the consulates in most countries only require it from male applicants between the ages of 16 and 45, or people who may require a waiver of inadmissibility. Germany is not one of the countries that routinely asks for a DS-157 from female applicants. Unless they specifically ask for it, you shouldn't need to submit it.
