Question#29 states to list names, dates and places of birth and addresses of ALL children. Should my in-laws also include my husband's information, even though his is the petitioner.

Question#31b asks for Person(s) named in 14 and 29 who will follow you to the United States at a later date. Do we include my husband's siblings in here in case my in-laws become US Citizen's in the future and decide to sponsor his two sisters?

Question #44 ask to give name and address of person assisting you in completing this form. Do we put my husband's name and he is the one helping them complete this form?

Thank you to all in advance!!!

Yes, your husband's parents need to include the names of ALL children, including him.

Question 31 refers to people who are being petitioned but will travel at a later date. This is very common for children who are being petitioned but will travel at a later date.

Yes, enter your husband's name in question 44 if he's the one helping them fill out the form.

Hello everyone,

I have a questions:

1. In my application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration DS 230 question #12. I'm presently unemployed, Am I might be denied during visa interview?

2. On DS 230 question #32 List below all employment for the last 10 years. From 2005 to present, I dont have a permanent job anymore. I am a storekeeper supervisor before, but from 2005 to present, the only job that I have is a part time job. Sometimes I am Driver, Electrician and sometimes a plunber. All of these are daily basis salary and if there is a on-call job then that is only a time for me to work. What Am I suppose to write on question #32? Is It UNEMPLOYED? because I dont have a permanent job right now? or I will write FREELANCE because I'm not working in a company? What am I suppose to write aside from FREELANCE? I dont want to become a "public charge" or might be denied during the interview.

3. During the interview at U.S. Embassy, Are they still need to see my Income Tax Return? I'm not paying my tax because according to our Internal Revenue when I asked them, I am a tax exempted and no need to file, because I don't have a permanent job since 2005 to present.

Please Help and Thank you
