I765 Renewal

Hello,

My other half has finally found a good job here in the USA working in a laboratory which brought to our attention he needs to renew his I765 to be able to continue to work here in the great US of A. As I was filling out the paper work, I came across a small problem. I am unsure where this needs to be sent because after the initial application which went to the Chicago lockbox we moved to Florida.

*I'm confused on where it needs to be sent

*and also in section 16. are we still considered a ©(9)?

*They also mentioned we must attach the previous employment auth document. Is this the paper that had a card attached from form I-797D and our notice of action I797?

if your AOS was approved as it says in your profile, you don't need to apply for EAD renewal. Your GC is the only thing you need, it authorizes you to work anywhere you want.

Please make sure you change your address with USCIS (do it online and also fill out and mail out form AR-11. )
