QUESTIONS AFTER PAID IV & APPLICATION BILLS & ABOUT NVC AVR

a. After my IV & Immigrant Application Fees became "PAID", I called the NVC Call Center and the person told me that I can already turn in my documents. Is this ok, or should I wait for an email from NVC after some weeks with an official DS230 with barcodes?

b.I have already sent my documents last week, it has been about 8 days now and I still have no news about NVC's receipt of the documents? How long do they usually take before they acknowledge receipt of documents?

c. I always dial NVC's number and I am always automatically connected to an Operator. I would like to access the AVR. Do you need to press any key further to access the AVR instead of the Operator?

You can go ahead print the cover sheet and download the forms from the link provided. No need to wait for any advice from NVC. Fill up the forms and send that to NVC with corresponding bar coded sheet and supporting documents; usually it takes 4 to 6 weeks for NVC to review the docs. When calling NVC dont press "5" when prompted, it will then directly forward you to AVR.
