My fiancee has all her medical documents and I have filled out the affidavit of support form with my tax info. Is there anything else we need for the interview?

what country base ur fiancee??? Birth certificate,passport,police clearance,all the forms from consulate office.... all of ur evidence that u have relationship with her... I gave to the consulate office the certificate of employment latest and income tax 2009....

She is from Slovakia. What forms are needed form the consulate office we have not received any from them.

oh i see... ur fiancee will receive packet 3 from consulate office... u can check what is the instruction at consulate office in Slovakia... Click the embassy info and find slovakia at home page of visajourney... and u will read what is the instruction there...
