My question goes like this: About filling the Adjustment of Status.I am a K-3 spouse visa.I have been here in U.S almost 3 months. Then until now i did not file yet for the Adjustment of Status because i'm still not done my medical follow up.But my visa will expire on Feb 2012.Here is my question..Can i file an AOS eventhough i've not finish my follow up here in the U.S?Do the immigration need my medical record for the follow up here in the U.S or they will not need that record.Hope someone can help to answer my question because it seems confusing to me.Thank you and have a great day to all!

I would suggest you do your follow up, and get the 693 filled out as needed, and AOS ASAP. (they will require you 693 (vaccinations) at a minimal, and if your primary medical indicated follow up treatment is required, they could ask for that)

Since your visa doesn't expire till Feb 2012, you have plenty of time.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
